1. Tranquillity is a Choice. So is Anxiety. The entire world around us may be in Turmoil. But if we want to be Peaceful within, WE CAN.

So, so true… Because no matter what is going on around us, we have the choice to decide how to deal with it. Feeling anxious? Well, that’s a choice you’re taking. Because even if you’re worried about something that you have no control over, then that’s a reason not to be anxious – because you can’t do anything about it – so chill…

If you’re anxious about something that you DO have control over, then it’s your responsibility to do something about it. So come on! What on earth are you waiting for?

There are many ways we can improve our peace within. From meditation to yoga, exercise to music, there are many different (non-medication) ways to lower our stress levels and enjoy a less anxious life.

2. There’s no need to be perfect to inspire others. Let people get inspired by how you deal with your imperfections.

Because, let’s face it – none of us are perfect. But that’s OK…! It’s about how we deal with those imperfections that matters. And you might not realize it, but how you face and cope with your own little foibles can be truly inspirational to others.

3. Choices, not Chances, are responsible for the quality of our life. Spend time to think, reflect, introspect, and then choose.

This is a little like thought number 1 in our list. Because every single day we make choices about the path our life will go down. In other words, it’s all about taking responsibility for everything that happens to us. Sure, bad stuff will still occur, but you choose how to deal with it.

Remember, good luck comes to those who MAKE their good luck. It might seem to come across them by chance – but this really isn’t so. And the sooner you realize this, the sooner you’ll embrace the wonder that is YOUR life. Because, hey – it really does have the potential to be a wonderful one…

4. No task or mountain is insurmountable. It takes just courage/faith/patience/persistence/perseverance to surmount any of the above…

or, as is more likely, a combination of them all! So if things are a little tough right now, then you need to dig deep, continue to forge forward, sometimes be brave, but most of all, truly believe that you will come out the over side. Because you will, we promise… Life’s funny like that…!

5. Procrastination is a killer of dreams, you keep saying I will do, I will do, but you never start. Take the step and start. You are the author of your life and only you can change your situation.
